What to expect for your telemetric eye exam?

Eclipseeyewear.com will gladly accept any merchandise purchased from our on-line store. Merchandise can be returned within 15 days of delivery in its original, unused condition for a full refund less Shipping Fees. Prescription Eyewear is non returnable but will be exchanged if customer is not satisfied within 14 days of receipt of item. 

In-Store

If your sunglasses are purchased in our store location all sales are final. Prescription eyewear is not available for refund or exchange unless the prescribing doctor has authorized a prescription redo within 60 days of purchase of eyewear then a lens remake will be allowed one time using the same frame only. 

 

By Mail

Please contact our customer service department at info@eclipseeyewear.com to request a shipping label. You are required to repack the merchandise in its original condition and include the return form. Please allow 7 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Store purchases cannot be returned by mail. If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact the Eclipse Eyewear Customer Service Center immediately by emailing info@eclipseeyewear.com

Exchanges

Unfortunately Eclipseeywear.com cannot offer exchanges. Should you require a different style, please return your original purchase and place a new order. Please allow 7 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment only. Store purchases cannot be returned by mail.
